The Swinburne Arms has a long tradition of being a meeting point for Northumbrian cyclists.
We were delighted to be able to host the get-together of the Northumbrian Road Club in 2014 to celebrate their centenary.
The Swinburne Arms has long been a meeting point for cyclists dating back to pre War times.
Being based in the middle of some beautiful rural countryside, ideal for cycling, we have plenty of room for a group of cyclists to meet and rest either in the bar or outside overlooking the green.
Stamfordham is on the routes to the Kielder Forest, Northumberland National Park and close to the cross country cycling route from Carlisle to Newcastle, passing through Haltwhistle and Hexham.
Please call us on 01661 886015 if you a cycling group and want more information about the Swinburne Arms and we will be happy to help.
